Who is responsible for your data

Ticket Live SAS (sole-shareholder simplified joint-stock company, société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle), trading as Gigmarq, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, SIREN 990 858 680, is the data controller. Contact: contact@gigmarq.com.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email address, phone number (if given), billing address, tickets bought, order history.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us, and your email address if you sign up for ticket alerts.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies (see below).

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To process your order, deliver your tickets and handle refunds or complaints (performance of a contract).
• To prevent fraud and keep payments secure (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To send ticket alerts or newsletters you asked for (consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, including Google Ads conversion tracking (consent, through our cookie banner).

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the shop: Shopify (website and order management), our payment providers, Google (analytics and advertising, if you accept cookies), and, when needed to deliver your tickets, the official ticketing platform used for the transfer. We may also share data where required by law. Some of these providers are located outside the UK and the European Economic Area; transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting data: 10 years (French accounting law). Customer correspondence: 3 years after our last contact. Alert sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. Cookies: up to 13 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@gigmarq.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or, if you live in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk).

We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (basket, checkout, security) and, only with your consent, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
